Service User Audit Report
The RICE Centre has conducted an annual patient survey since 2009, to assess how the Memory Clinic service being provided is perceived by the patients and carers who use it.
The purpose of the survey is:
i) to collect and evaluate service user feedback to determine whether there is room for improvement in the service provided
ii) to look at what service users tell us we are doing right and to ensure we keep delivering the service to this level.
There are no established standards to compare against so the results are audited against a standard of 100% compliance where the responses ‘Very good’/‘Good’ and ‘Very satisfied’/’Satisfied’ were combined. A sample of the results are also compared against the survey results for previous years.
